C2 Management - Background

1992, Lars Nilsson started working at a candy factory as process engineer. There he became an strong advocate of involving everyone in the process of continuous improvement. The candy factory turned into a model of improvement. When Lars Nilsson and Håkan Nilsson founded C2 Management in 1999, they brought with them the lessons learned from the candy factory and refined it into what is today the C2 Management improvement model.
