C2 Management works by the following basic principles:

1. Simplicity: We always try to make things simple. For the customer, for ourselves, for all involved.

2. Focus on what is important: You can not do everything. We focus our efforts on that which leads toward the goals.

3. Continuous Improvement: We can always improve on everything we do. We work with continuous improvements to achieve business goals.
